ROLLER SKATING RINKS, BOWLING ALLEYS AND TRAVELING SHOWS

5.10.020 Business to be conducted in orderly manner.

5.10.010 License required.
It is unlawful for any person to conduct or aid in the conducting of any of the below-named businesses without first securing a license from the town clerk, signed by the clerk and the mayor of the town of Twisp, and paying license fees as follows:
(1) Roller skating rinks: $10.00 per year;
(2) Bowling alleys: $10.00 per year;
(3) Traveling shows: $5.00 per day.
The licenses required by this chapter are separate from and in addition to the business license issued under Chapter 5.25 TMC, which may also be required when applicable. (Ord. 784 § 1(B), 2022; Ord. 45 § 1, 1922)
5.10.020 Business to be conducted in orderly manner.
All the above-named businesses shall be respectable and conducted in an orderly manner. (Ord. 45 § 2, 1922)
5.10.030 Violation – Penalty.
Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not to exceed $50.00, together with the costs of prosecution. (Ord. 45 § 3, 1922)
