15.06.010 Existing businesses.

All existing and new businesses, including retail, wholesale, commercial, industrial and home occupations, shall obtain business registration from the city development services division. (Ord. 2000-17 § 4, 2000: Ord. A-3567 § 1(part), 1988).

15.06.030 Registration valid until change in circumstances.

A registration shall be valid for the life of a business or activity except as follows: If a business or activity ceases operation, relocates, changes from one type of business to another, or changes owners, a new registration shall be obtained prior to any such modification or change. 15.06.060 Display of registration cards required.

Business registration cards shall be available for inspection by authorized city personnel for the duration of the business, or activity for which the registration was obtained. (Ord. 2000-17 § 6, 2000: Ord. A-3567 § 1 (part), 1988).

15.06.080 Violation – Penalty.

Any person or entity violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed to have committed an infraction and shall be subject to a monetary penalty not to exceed five hundred dollars for each violation. (Ord. 2000-17 § 7, 2000: Ord. A-3567 § 1 (part), 1988).
