20.162.010 Purpose.

The purpose of this Chapter is to address development issues specific to churches which are supplemental to the development standards and criteria of the zone in which it is located.

20.162.020 Specific use standards.

A. Probable growth and need for future expansion of facilities shall be considered when evaluating the adequacy of the site chosen for the church.

B. Bell towers, spires, or similar architectural treatments may exceed a specified building height in limitation as provided in Section 20.102.060, Building Height Exemptions.
