20.188.010 Purpose.

It is the purpose of this Chapter to establish a process which will permit the placement of manufactured homes on individually owned lots in manufactured home subdivisions.

20.188.020 Locations permitted.

A manufactured home subdivision shall be permitted as indicated in Chapter 20.181, Table of Review Levels for Mobile/Manufactured Homes.

20.188.030 Procedure for approval.

A. A manufactured home subdivision requires a Level IV Development Authorization. (See Chapter 20.27.)

B. A manufactured home subdivision shall be developed in accordance with all requirements of Title 19, Subdivision Ordinance of the Walla Walla Municipal Code and shall conform to all standards specified by the zone which applies to the property.

20.188.040 Development standards.

A. All manufactured homes placed in a manufactured home subdivision must be Class A, multi-wide.

B. All manufactured home subdivisions must contain ten (10) or more lots.

20.188.050 Issuance of an installation permit.

No installation permits shall be issued and no buildings or structures or manufactured homes shall be constructed or placed within a manufactured home subdivision until the subdivision has been reviewed and approved in accordance with Section 20.27, Level IV Development Authorizations and Title 19, Subdivisions.
