20.66.010 Purpose.
The Multi-Family Residential Zone is intended to accommodate a compatible mixture of multi-family residential uses. Such areas generally serve as transition or buffer zones between major-arterials or more intensively developed commercial areas and residential districts.
20.66.050 Minimum lot dimensions.
A. Area – 6,000 square feet.
1. Repealed;
2. Duplex – 7,200 square feet;
3. Multi-family – 6,000 square feet for the first unit plus 1,500 square feet for each additional unit;
4. Congregate Care Facilities, Nursing Care Homes, and Nursing Care Facilities – 6,000 square feet for the first unit plus 1,500 square feet per sleeping room;
5. Other Level II and Level III uses – 3,500 square feet per residential unit.
B. Width – 50 feet.

20.66.060 Minimum yard requirements.
A. Front yard – 15 feet.
B. Side yard – 5 feet.
C. Rear yard – 20 feet.
20.66.070 Lot coverage.
Buildings shall occupy a maximum of forty-five (45) percent of the lot. (Ord. 2000-6 § 2(part), 2000: Ord. 93-A-10 § 2).
20.66.080 Building height.
No building shall exceed fifty (50) feet.
20.66.090 Multi-family residential off-street parking.
