16.07.010 Establishment of fees.

The city of Wapato, Washington, imposes the following fees to be collected for land use and land use related applications made under the provisions of this Title 16.  Basic fees shall be payable to the city clerk/treasurer on submission of the land use application.  In addition, per lot fees shall be assessed and paid upon approval of the final plat by the city council, but prior to the recording thereof.

A.  A fee of one hundred dollars shall be paid to the city clerk/treasurer upon submission of a short subdivision application.  In addition, a fee of fifty dollars for each lot within the short subdivision shall be paid to the city clerk/treasurer for each lot approved in the short plat approved for recording.

B.  A fee of one hundred fifty dollars shall be paid to the clerk/treasurer upon submission of a preliminary subdivision application for consideration.  In addition, a fee of fifty dollars for each lot of the subdivision shall be paid to the city clerk/treasurer upon council approval of a recordable long plat.

C.  A fee of one hundred dollars shall be paid to the clerk/treasurer upon submission of an application to amend a subdivision.  In addition, a fee of fifty dollars shall be paid to the city clerk/treasurer for each new lot added to the amended plat as approved for recording by the city council.

D.  A fee of one hundred dollars shall be paid upon submission of a SEPA checklist if required by the city administrator.

E.  A fee of fifty dollars shall be paid to the city clerk/treasurer upon submission of a qualified short plat exemption or lot line adjustment application.

F.  A fee of one hundred fifty dollars shall be paid to the city clerk/treasurer upon submission of each land use appeal application related to the subdivision code of the city.

G.  A fee of two hundred fifty dollars shall be paid to the clerk/treasurer upon submission of a binding site plan application for consideration.

H.  In addition to the above fees, a fee of one hundred dollars shall be paid to the clerk/treasurer upon submission of an application that includes an alteration or vacation that requires public dedication of land(s).  (Ord. 1055 §3(part), 1998)

16.07.020 Change of fee schedule.

The city council from time to time may amend the fee schedule of the subdivision ordnance.  Such changes or amendments may be by resolution as the city council shall determine within its discretion.  (Ord. 1055 §3(part), 1998)
