1.30.010 Policy adopted.

The city of Wenatchee adopts the policy for the payment of all claims or other obligations of the city of Wenatchee, which are payable out of solvent funds, by check; provided, however, that no check shall be issued when the applicable fund is not solvent at the time payment is made. (Ord. 2685 § 1, 1987)

1.30.020 Authorization.

The public depository upon which such checks are to be drawn is designated as Cashmere Valley Bank and the officers of the city of Wenatchee authorized to sign said checks shall be any two of the following: city clerk, city deputy clerk, mayor, administrative aide to the city commission.
