The Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, 1997 Edition, three copies of which have heretofore been filed with the city clerk of the city of Wenatchee, as provided by RCW 35.21.180, is adopted by the city of Wenatchee, a municipal corporation, and by reference made a part of this chapter. 2.28.020 Section 401(a)(1) added – Concurrence of city council.
