4.38.010 Adding to water supply.

A source of fluoridation approved by the State Department of Health shall be added to the water supply of the city, under the rules and the regulations of the Washington State Board of Health, such addition to be administered in a manner approved by the State Department of Health and the director of public health and in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington. (Ord. 1895 § 1, 1966)

4.38.020 Equipment.

The city shall proceed to acquire, purchase, construct, install, operate and maintain in the manner provided by law all necessary and proper fluoridation equipment to carry out the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 1895 § 2, 1966)
