6B.08.010 Violation – Fines.

(1) A violation of Chapter 6B.06 WCC, unless otherwise specified, shall be an infraction punishable by a fine of $15.00. In the event that the initial fine is not paid within the first 15 days of the date of the issuance of the infraction, the fine shall increase to $30.00.

(2) A violation of WCC 6B.06.160 shall be an infraction punishable by a fine of $50.00. In the event that the initial fine is not paid within the first 15 days of the date of the issuance of the infraction, the fine shall increase to $100.00. 6B.08.020 Fines to be paid into general fund.

All fines or forfeitures collected upon conviction or upon the forfeiture of bail of any person charged with a violation of any of the provisions of this title and all moneys received from parking citations issued within the city of Wenatchee shall be paid into the general fund of the city.
