OFFICIAL CITY DEPOSITORY

3.04.010 Designated.
The official city depository for city funds shall be Bank of the West. When daily deposits to the official public depository would not be administratively practical or feasible, the finance director (or designee) may grant exceptions as long as the time period is not greater than one week.
