WATER/SEWER OPERATING FUND

3.64.010 Established – Source of funds.
There is created a water/sewer operating fund into which shall be placed all appropriations to the water/sewer department and any and all revenues received from charges for services rendered or sale of products of the water/sewer department. [Ord. 307 § 12, 1979].
3.64.020 Purpose.
The water/sewer operating fund shall be used to pay all obligations of the water/sewer department for salaries, material, supplies and equipment and the maintenance and repair of the water/sewer system of the city. [Ord. 307 § 12(a), 1979].
