SEWER RESERVE FUND
Sections:
3.92.010 Sewer reserve fund.
(1) There is a separate line item in the sewer reserve fund No. 492 for the purpose of updating the sewer comprehensive plan. The maximum accumulation under this section will be $60,000.
(2) There is a separate line item in the sewer reserve fund No. 492 for the purpose of upgrades to the wastewater treatment plant.
(3) There is a separate line item in the sewer reserve fund No. 492 for the RDA bond requirements.
(4) All revenue transferred into the sewer reserve fund No. 492 will be according to the appropriated sewer budget based on actual availability of funds to be transferred.
(5) Council authorization is required to expend funds from the sewer reserve fund. (Ord. 1428, 2008)
