JUVENILE COURT PROBATION SPECIAL SUPERVISION PROGRAM

2.16.010 Established.
Pursuant to RCW Chapter 13.07 providing for payment of state funds to counties for the purpose of supporting juvenile court probation special supervision programs, the board of Whatcom County commissioners declares its intention to establish and continue a juvenile court special supervision program as of January 1, 1974, with the director of probation for Whatcom County designated as coordinator.
