WEIGHT LIMITS

10.40.010 Davis Street.
A. There is hereby established a fifteen (15) ton weight limit on Davis Street, Wilkeson, Pierce County, Washington, except for single pick up or deliveries on Davis Street.
B. The violation of this section shall be an infraction with a fine of no greater than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00). [Ord. 2015.15 §§ 1, 2, 2015].
