1.08.010 Noncharter code town classification adopted.

A.    There is adopted for the town, the classification of noncharter code town retaining the Mayor-Council plan of government under which the town is currently operating, but governed according to RCW Ch. 35A.12 (Mayor-Council) of the Optional Municipal Code.

B.    The Town Clerk is authorized and directed to forward to the Secretary of State a certified copy of the ordinance codified in this chapter for filing pursuant to RCW 35A.02.040. (Ord. 179 §§ l, 2, 1986)
