2.10.010 Position created.

There is created the position of Town Administrator, who shall serve under the direction of the Mayor. The position shall be filled by appointment by the Mayor, subject to the confirmation of a majority of the Town Council Members, and shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor, subject to any employment contract that may be entered into between the Town Administrator and the town. 2.10.020 Duties.

The Town Administrator shall, as delegated by the Mayor, manage the various offices and departments as established in this title and shall be responsible for the town’s general operations, services and budgets, and policy formulation for these functions. The Town Administrator shall perform such other administrative duties as directed by the Mayor. (Ord. 07-479 (part), 2007)

2.10.030 Compensation.

The Town Administrator shall be compensated for such services at the rates and amounts as approved by the Town Council. (Ord. 07-479 (part), 2007)
