FIRE PROTECTION SERVICES

2.32.010 Contract.
The Mayor is authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the Town of Woodway with the Shoreline Fire Department to provide fire service within the Town of Woodway. (Ord. 17-578 § 1 (Exh. B (part)), 2017: Ord. 210 § 1, 1988)
2.32.020 Fee.
The payment for the fire service as specified in Section 2.32.010 shall be in such amounts as authorized by the Town’s budget. (Ord. 17-578 § 1 (Exh. B (part)), 2017: Ord. 210 § 2, 1988)
