13.08.010 Formal subdivision.

"Formal subdivision" means a subdivision of five or more lots. (Ord. 203 § 2(D), 1987)

13.08.020 Lot.

"Lot" means a fractional part of subdivided lands having fixed boundaries, being of sufficient area and dimension to meet minimum zoning requirements for width and area. (Ord. 203 § 2(B), 1987)

13.08.030 Sale.

"Sale" includes offer for sale, lease, transfer or gift of land. (Ord. 203 § 2(C), 1987)

13.08.040 Short subdivision.*

"Short subdivision" means a subdivision of four or fewer lots. (Ord. 203 § 2(E), 1987)

13.08.050 Subdivision.

"Subdivision" means a division of land into lots of any size for the purpose of sale. The term "subdivision" includes all resubdivisions of land, short subdivisions and formal subdivisions. Where reference to "subdivision" is made in this title, it is intended to refer to "formal subdivisions." (Ord. 203 § 2(A), 1987)
