ENFORCEMENT AND PENALTIES

18.105.010 Enforcement.
It shall be the duty of the town council to determine the applicability of this title for enforcement purposes. This determination shall be based upon information provided to the town council by the mayor, staff for the town and officials with other agencies with jurisdiction. Any permit, certificate, or license issued in conflict with the provisions of this title, intentionally or otherwise, shall be void. The mayor shall be responsible for facilitating and directing the enforcement of this title. The provisions of enforcement are set forth in Section 32 of the Clark County Code, which by reference are hereby made a part of this title. Clark County code enforcement division shall be responsible for carrying out the enforcement of this title as directed by the mayor. [Ord. 371 § 17, 1997.]
