COUNTY JAIL STANDARDS

1.18.010 Standards Adopted.
The board of county commissioners finds that an emergency exists and adopts the standards attached to the resolution codified in this chapter, and incorporated herein by reference which can be found on file in the office of the clerk of the board.

1.18.020 Compliance Required – When.
The document attached to the resolution codified in this chapter and incorporated herein by reference shall be referred to as the “Yakima County Jail Standards,” effective January 1, 1988, and all adult correctional facilities shall be operated in accordance with said standards, commencing January 1, 1988.
