ALCOHOL AND DRUG ABUSE POLICY

2.112.010 Policy Adopted.
(1) The Yakima County alcohol and drug abuse policy, attached to the resolution codified in this chapter, and incorporated in this chapter by reference, as Exhibit “A,” is hereby adopted.
(2) The terms and conditions of the alcohol and drug abuse policy shall apply to all employees of Yakima County.
