*    Editor’s Note: The provisions of Ord. 8-1995 constitute the Critical Areas Ordinance. Ord. 8-1995, adopted September 1, 1995 and effective October 1, 1995, replaces earlier critical area provisions enacted by Ord. 3-1994, and also incorporates certain requirements of Ord. 3-1985, as amended by Mod. 1 of Ord. 3-1985 and §§ 15 - 19 of Ord. 1-1990, on flood hazards, formerly codified at Division II of Title 16. In addition, Section 3.2 of Ord. 8-1995 adopts the Critical Areas Ordinance as the Shoreline Master Program Regulations for the county, under RCW Chapter 90.58.
