B. Holding Fee and Payment Deadlines. A prospective renter may reserve a date and schedule up to one year in advance by making a $250.00 deposit and signing a contract to save the date. The deposit will be credited towards the final rental cost. If the event is canceled, the $250.00 holding fee will be forfeited. One-half of the rental fee must be paid 30 days before the event, accompanied by a signed and dated rental contract. The rental fee, security fee, and any other required fees must be paid no later than 14 days before the scheduled event. A copy of the signed contract will be the renter’s proof of payment and the secured reservation.
C. All NSF checks issued to any department will be assessed $25.00 each. If the city receives more than two NSF checks from an individual or business, the city will no longer accept checks from that individual or business, only cash, cashier’s checks, or money orders.
