JOINT OPERATION OF WATER, SEWER AND GARBAGE SYSTEMS

The water system, sewerage system and garbage system of the city shall be maintained and operated jointly and all revenues and expenditures shall be deposited into or withdrawn from one account. (Ord. 364, 1970)
