OFFENSES AGAINST THE PUBLIC PEACE

9.20.010 Fighting and quarreling.

Any person fighting or quarreling in any public place in the city shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 402 § 1, 1975)

9.20.020 Disturbing the peace.

Any person who, by noisy or tumultuous conduct, disturbs the quiet or peace of the city or any meeting or assembly therein shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 402 § 3, 1975)

9.20.030 Violation – Penalty.

Any person failing to comply or violating any provision of this chapter or who is convicted of having committed a misdemeanor, unless otherwise provided, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100.00 or by imprisonment in the city jail for not more than 30 days or both such fine and imprisonment.
