WATER SUPPLY PLAN AND SHORTAGE MANAGEMENT PLAN

4.05.010 Adopted.
A. The Water System Plan, as approved by the Washington State Department of Health, shall serve as the Cascade Water Supply Plan required by the Cascade Joint Municipal Utilities Services Agreement providing for the actions necessary to develop a wholesale supply of water to meet the needs of Cascade Members over a 20-year planning horizon; and
B. The Shortage Management Plan included in the Water System Plan, as approved by the Washington State Department of Health, shall serve as the Cascade Shortage Management Plan required by the Cascade Joint Municipal Utilities Services Agreement providing for the actions necessary for Members to respond to water shortages in a collective, shared fashion; and
C. Further project or non-project actions taken by the Board with respect to implementation of the Water Supply Plan shall be subject to environmental review as provided by the State Environmental Policy Act.
