17.100.010 Adopt 1994 Asotin County Shoreline Master Program by reference.

The document known as the Asotin County Shoreline Master Program as adopted in 1994 and as revised or amended in the future is hereby adopted in its entirety by reference. [Ord. 1477 § 1, 2010.]

17.100.020 Severability.

If any one or more sections, subsections, or sentences of this chapter are held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion of this chapter and the same shall remain in full force and effect. [Ord. 1477 § 1, 2010.]

17.100.030 Effective date.

The ordinance codified in this chapter shall take effect on and be in force 30 days from and after its passage, approval, and publication as required by law. [Ord. 1477 § 1, 2010.]
