In accordance with RCW 36.37.040 the county commissioners designate the North Central Washington District Fair Board as the agency to operate the North Central Washington District Fair. (Res. CE 88-71 (part))

2.44.020 Budget and revenue provisions.

The N.C.W. District Fair is allowed to carry over its budget from fiscal year to fiscal year and that all revenue produced from the fair and off-season activities be placed in the N.C.W. District Fair account. (Res. CE 88-71 (part))
