6.08.020 Open range areas.

Except as provided in DCC Section 6.08.010, the entire county is open range where livestock are permitted to run at large. (Ord. CE 07-01-20 Exh. A (part): Ord. CE 06-03-06B Exh. A (part): prior code § 6.06.020)

6.08.030 Fencing.

All fences between landowners will comply with the laws as set forth in Chapter 16.60 RCW.
