IRRIGATION WATER ON COUNTY ROADSSections:

12.32.010 Falling or sprinkling on road.
No person shall suffer, permit or engage in any irrigation procedure which will result in irrigation water falling or sprinkling upon any portion of county road right-of-way that is used for travel or parking of motor vehicles. Reasonable care shall be taken to prevent wind drift of sprinkler irrigation water on county public road right-of-way. (Prior code § 9.09.040 (part))
12.32.020 Flowing or accumulating on road.
No person shall allow irrigation water to flow uncontrolled over or to accumulate upon any portion of county public road right-of-way in any manner which is detrimental to the road or any part thereof. (Prior code § 9.09.040 (part))
12.32.030 Violation—Penalty.
A. Any person who violates any provision of this section shall be liable to repair such damage as may result from such violation to the satisfaction of the county engineer.
B. Any person who violates any provision of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars or imprisoned in the county jail for not more than ninety days, or both, for each separate offense. (Prior code § 9.09.040 (part))
