9.25.010 Parks and playfields – Burning restrictions.
It is unlawful for any person to build any fire in any park and/or playfield owned by the City in any place or spot other than those places or spots designated as the proper places or spots in which to build fires, without approval of the Park Department. (Ord. 1664 § 2, 1985).
9.25.020 Parks and playfields – Destruction or injury.
It is unlawful for any person to injure, deface, mutilate or destroy any tree, shrub, planted flower, building, improvement, or any park and/or playfield equipment in any park or playfield owned by the City. (Ord. 1664 § 2, 1985).
9.25.030 Parks and playfields – Leaving refuse.
It is unlawful for any person to bring in and leave or scatter any refuse, rubbish or litter of any kind in or about any park and/or playfield owned by the City. (Ord. 1664 § 2, 1985).
9.25.040 Parks and playfields – Livestock at large.
It is unlawful for any person to stop, tie, hold or let run at large any livestock, including horses, mules, or any beast of burden in any park and/or playfield owned by the City without approval of the Park Department. (Ord. 1664 § 2, 1985).
9.25.050 Parks and playfields – Operating vehicles.
It is unlawful for any person to operate a motorized vehicle in any park and/or playfield owned by the City other than portions thereof designated by the City for vehicular traffic. (Ord. 1664 § 2, 1985).
9.25.060 Parks and playfields – Alcoholic beverages prohibited.
It is unlawful for any person to possess or consume alcoholic beverages in any park or playfield owned by the City or utilized by the City pursuant to a lease or agreement. This prohibition shall not apply to premises duly licensed by the State Liquor Control Board nor to persons possessing or consuming alcoholic beverages within the provisions of a banquet permit duly issued by the State Liquor Control Board pursuant to Chapter 66.20 RCW. (Ord. 1664 § 2, 1985).
