12.40.010 Adoption of authority by reference.

Chapter 47.50 RCW is hereby adopted by this reference for authorization for permitting access to state highways. (Ord. 2002 § 1, 1993).

12.40.020 Adoption of standards by reference.

Chapter 468-52 WAC is hereby adopted by this reference for the purpose of defining the standards which access permits to state highways will be reviewed. (Ord. 2002 § 1, 1993).

12.40.030 Application of standards to City streets.

The standards adopted in IMC 12.40.020 will apply to streets within the City Limits which are functionally classified as principal arterials in the City’s Comprehensive Transportation Plan. (Ord. 2002 § 1, 1993).
