13.82.010 Violation – Notice.
Any person violating any provisions of Chapters 13.32 through 13.82 IMC shall be served with written notice of such violation by the City, providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. (Ord. 2186 § 2, 1998).
13.82.020 Violation – Liability.
Any person who violates any provision of Chapters 13.32 through 13.82 IMC shall be liable to the City of Issaquah for any expense, loss, damage, cost of inspection, or cost of correction incurred by the City by reason of such violation, including any cost incurred by the City in collecting from such person the loss, damage, expense, cost of inspection, or cost of correction. (Ord. 2186 § 2, 1998).
13.82.030 Unlawful to connect without permission.
Pursuant to RCW 35.67.350, it is unlawful and a misdemeanor to make or cause to be made or to maintain any sewer connection with any of the City’s Sewer System, or any sewer which is connected directly or indirectly with the City’s Sewer System without first obtaining permission from the City in accordance with the IMC. (Ord. 2186 § 2, 1998).
13.82.040 Penalty.
Violation of or failure to comply with the provisions of Chapters 13.32 through 13.82 IMC shall subject the offender to the penalties set forth in Chapter 1.06 IMC. Each day that any violation or failure to comply exists shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 2186 § 2, 1998).
