5.28.010 Sold defined.

The term “sold” as used in this chapter shall be defined so that the flowage fee provided for in this chapter shall be imposed on all fuel and oil furnished to a fixed base operator or dealer whether or not a consideration is charged or received and whether or not such operator or dealer utilizes the fuel in an aircraft owned or operated by it.
