17.04.010 International Building Code adopted.

The 2009 Edition of the International Building Code, as adopted by the State Building Code Council in Chapter 51-50 WAC, as published by the International Code Council, excluding Chapter 1, Administration, and Appendix Chapter J, is adopted, together with Appendix Chapter G, Flood-Resistant Construction. 17.04.012 Building permits – Fees.

A. There shall be a fee for building permits as established in the fee resolution adopted by the city.

B. There shall be an additional fee where work is started prior to obtaining a permit, as established by city resolution. The payment of fees shall not relieve any person from complying with the requirements of this code in the execution of the work or from any other penalty prescribed herein. 17.04.013 Consultant services – Fee and deposit.

17.04.015 Mobile homes.

Repealed by Ord. 1505. (Ord. 678 § 1, 1978).

17.04.020 International Residential Code adopted.

The 2009 Edition of the International Residential Code, as adopted by the State Building Code Council in Chapter 51-51 WAC, as published by the International Code Council, is adopted, together with Appendix Chapter G, Swimming Pools, Spas and Hot Tubs. (Ord. 1776 § 1, 2010; Ord. 1696 § 1, 2008; Ord. 1583 § 1, 2004).

17.04.040 National Fuel Gas Code (NFPA 54) adopted.

The 2009 Edition of the National Fuel Gas Code, as adopted by the State Building Code Council in Chapter 51-52 WAC, as published by NFPA, excluding Chapter 1, Administration, is adopted. (Ord. 1776 § 1, 2010; Ord. 1696 § 1, 2008; Ord. 1583 § 1, 2004).

17.04.050 Liquefied Petroleum Gas Code (NFPA 58) adopted.

The 2004 Edition of the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Code, as adopted by the State Building Code Council in Chapter 51-52 WAC, as published by NFPA, excluding Chapter 1, Administration, is adopted. (Ord. 1696 § 1, 2008; Ord. 1583 § 1, 2004).

17.04.060 International Fuel Gas Code adopted.

The 2009 Edition of the International Fuel Gas Code, as adopted by the State Building Code Council in Chapter 51-52 WAC, as published by the International Code Council, excluding Chapter 1, Administration, is adopted. (Ord. 1776 § 1, 2010; Ord. 1696 § 1, 2008; Ord. 1583 § 1, 2004).
