LAWS OF THE PUYALLUP TRIBE OF INDIANS
This website contains the official version of the laws of the Puyallup Tribe of Indians. As of May 1, 2010, the codes published on this website are the official version of the Puyallup Tribal Codes. Included are the Tribe's legislative acts, referred to collectively as the Puyallup Tribal Codes (or "PTC"); the Tribe's Constitution and Bylaws, adopted and subsequently amended by vote of the Tribal membership; and the Treaty of Medicine Creek between the United States and the Puyallup and other tribes.
The codes will be updated as amendments are made and as the Tribe adds new measures and rescinds others. If you would like to receive e-mail notices when additions, revisions, or amendments are enacted, sign up as indicated below. If you have any questions about the status of a Tribal law, not including legal advice concerning the law, send an e-mail to the address noted below and the Tribe will contact you.
A few of the chapters (codes) are not yet ready in electronic format and therefore are not available on this website. Those codes do not have active links. They will be added soon.
