RATIFICATION OF
COUNCIL ACTIONS

1.08.010 Confirmation of previous actions.

All previous actions of the former Council of the municipality of Redmond performed in the transaction of the official business of the town and/or city of Redmond are adopted, ratified and confirmed on behalf of the city to the same extent as though such actions were performed by the present City Council and these actions shall continue in force until modified, amended or repealed by subsequent action of the City Council. (Ord. 280 § 1, 1962).

1.08.020 Continuance of actions now in effect.

All presently existing ordinances, resolutions, rules, orders, regulations and directives now in effect shall continue in force as ordinances, resolutions, rules, orders, regulations and directives of the city of Redmond until these actions shall be modified, amended or repealed by subsequent action of the City Council. (Ord. 280 § 2, 1962).
