POLICE DEPARTMENT SERVICE FEES

A. Fees Imposed. There is imposed a fee payable by each person requesting services listed in subsection B of this section.
B. Schedule of Fees and Collection. The police chief is authorized to charge and collect fees from each person requesting any services listed below according to the following schedule:
