MOTOR VEHICLES PROHIBITED FROM ENTERING LANDFILL SITE

9.40.010 Definition.
For purpose of this chapter, a “motor vehicle” shall mean every self-propelled device in, upon which any person or property is or may be transported or drawn upon a highway, and shall specifically include snowmobiles. (2008 code § 9.31(1))
9.40.020 Prohibited.
Motor vehicles are prohibited from entering upon the site of the now abandoned Town of East Troy municipal landfill located in Section 15 of said Town. (2008 code § 9.31(2))
9.40.030 Sign required.
Appropriate signs shall be erected at the site to give notice of the above prohibition. (2008 code § 9.31(3))
