Chapter 10.60
CLASS “B” HIGHWAYS
Sections:
10.60.010 Class “B” highways.
1. The following Town roads shall be hereafter designated Class “B” highways as set forth in Wis. Stat. § 349.15(2), and shall be subject to the weight limitations set forth in Wis. Stat. § 348.16:
a. Swoboda Road;
b. Honey Creek Road;
c. That portion of Townline Road located south of Highway “ES”;
d. St. Peters Road;
e. Division Road;
f. Stringers Bridge Road.
2. Any person violating the weight restrictions on said Class “B” highways shall be subject to the penalty provisions of Wis. Stat. §§ 348.16, 348.20 and 348.21, which are adopted herein by reference.
3. Seasonal or special weight limitations and Class “B” Highway weight limitations do not apply to vehicles operated by or at the direction of public utilities, telecommunications providers, or certain cooperative associations, when the vehicles are being operated for the purpose of responding to a service operation, and for all other exemptions as allowed by Wisconsin Statutes.
