1.10.010 Name of municipality and form of government.
A. The municipality of the Denali Borough shall continue as a home rule municipal corporation and political subdivision of the state of Alaska under the name “Denali Borough.”
B. The government of the municipality shall be that commonly known and designated as the assembly/mayor form of government. [Code 1989 § 2-1.]
1.10.020 Borough limits and history.
The boundaries of the municipality shall be the same as on the date of incorporation of the Denali Borough as a home rule borough on the seventh day of December, 1990, and as those boundaries thereafter are legally modified. Denali Borough boundaries are on file with the Municipal and Regional Assistance Division of the Alaska Department of Community and Regional Affairs. The charter of the Denali Borough was adopted on the same day. [Code 1989 § 2-2.]

1.10.040 Seat of government.
The community of Healy is hereby established as the seat of government for the Denali Borough incorporated on December 7, 1990. [Ord. 90-03 § 2.]
