4.06.010 Non –Sufficient Funds (NSF) Fee.

Any payment made to the city with a check that has non-sufficient funds shall be assessed a $25.00 processing fee by the city. (Ord.01-04,2001)

4.06.020 Collections of unpaid debts.

A debtor to the City of North Pole shall pay, in addition to the debt, interest at the maximum lawful rate, all administrative fees, costs, collections agency fees, and attorney fees incurred by the City of North Pole in the collection of unpaid debts. (Ord.08-18 §2 (part), 2008)
