1-10-1    Effective date of code

1-10-1 EFFECTIVE DATE OF CODE.

Each and every section of this code as herein contained and hereby enacted shall take effect and be in force on and after 12:00 noon on April 26, 1989, except that where a later effective date is provided it shall prevail.
