32-34 Approval of engineering plans.

A certification of approval of engineering plans signed by the Department shall be filed with the City Clerk prior to the recording of the plat. If the engineering plans have not been approved within 90 days, the Council may require that the final plat be resubmitted or rescind its approval. *1
