The City Finance Officer shall have the power and duty, and is hereby directed, to enforce each and all of the provisions of this chapter. In administering and enforcing the provisions of this chapter, the City Finance Officer shall have the same powers and duties with respect to collecting provided herein as he has with respect to the collection of the transient occupancy tax, Chapter 3.40 CVMC.
