2.42.010 Statutory provisions applicable.

Chapter 3, excepting only Article 4 thereof, and Chapter 4 of Title 7 of the Government Code of the state, relating to conservation, planning, and zoning, are hereby adopted by and made applicable in and to the city, except insofar as the same may conflict with the Charter or the provisions of Chapter 2.55 CVMC, in which case the provisions of the Charter or such Chapter 2.55 CVMC shall be controlling. 2.42.020 Meetings.

The planning commission shall hold at least one regular meeting each month on the day and at the time and in the place that it shall designate by resolution, and such special meetings as such commission shall require. (Prior code § 2.2).
