2.54.010 Vacations, sick leave and special leaves.

Every person in the service of the City, except only members of the unclassified service mentioned in Section 701, subsection (a), paragraphs numbered 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6, of the Charter, shall be entitled to such annual vacation and sick leave, special leave with pay, and special leave without pay as are now or may hereafter be provided for persons in the classified service by the rules of the Civil Service Commission, duly adopted by the Council pursuant to the Charter.
