Every out-of-city company delivering merchandise purchased outside of Chula Vista to any Chula Vista address more than once per quarter per year shall pay a license tax as presently designated, or as may in the future be amended, in Section 5.65.010 of the master tax schedule in CVMC 5.07.030. (Ord. 2537 § 1, 1992).
