COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY1

2.32.010 Need declared.
The city council finds, determines and declares that there is need for a community redevelopment agency to function in this city. Such agency shall be known as the Covina redevelopment agency. (1964 Code § 2.10-1.)
